Amtrak also stops here twice daily as it travels threw breath taking views and sences as it travels to and from Chemult.
The winters bring lots of snow to play in. Snowmobiling, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, and dog sledding can’t be beat on our freshly groomed trails which meander through the forests to Crater Lake National Park, Crescent-O’Dell Lakes, Diamond Lake, and our very own Miller Lake.
The summers bring us an abundance of sunshine in which to enjoy the wide variety of outdoor recreational opportunities such as hiking, biking, bird watching, camping, boating, fishing, hunting, & exploring the Volcanic Legacy lands which surround us. Our closest campground, Digit Point, is located on beautiful Miller Lake just 12 miles west of Chemult. Click herre for more info about Digit Point Campgrounds in the Winema National Forest |
